If you like cross country skiing then your at the right spot in Risoul. In La Foret Blanche you can enjoy 45km of prepared tracks, which takes you trough the beautiful snowy forest with breathtaking views over the massives of the alpes.
Two outstanding routes are the Martinat (12km return) and the Vallon du Mélezet (5km return).
In addition, just a short drive away from the chalet the valleys of Val d'Ecreins, Freissiniere and Fournel and Ceillac are also magnificent for crosscountry skiing.
